Atul Jain is a seasoned attorney advising clients around the world - ranging from early-stage startups to leading global companies - on executive compensation matters. He has extensive experience advising on the design and implementation of compensation programs that help clients attract and retain key talent and incentivize their workforce. Mr. Jain has considerable experience advising on employee and compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions. His practice also includes advising on compliance with Section 409A and Section 280G, drafting and negotiating executive employment and separation agreements, and counseling public companies on executive compensation matters.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Jain was a senior associate at another international law firm.
