Sarah Litwin is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters.

During law school, Ms. Litwin was a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic at Boston College Law School where she represented entrepreneurs on legal matters including formation, corporate governance and compliance.

Prior to law school, Ms. Litwin addressed corporate and employment issues as a candidate experience specialist at a technology company. From 2017 to 2019, she also worked on transactions as an assistant to sports and entertainment attorneys at a large talent agency.
